No excuses from the draw. SIRIUS FLYER (3) strengthened up over the break as was evident with the eye-catching third over 1300m at Taree first-up. Can bounce off that run and prove hard to stop from the low barrier. DON'TCALLMEKATHY (5) lightly-raced filly who improved again at her second race start when fourth to the promising Koi's over 1200m at Scone. Ready for this trip and capable of taking as hand in the finish. BRUTAL BELLE (9) shuffled back from the inside gate and worked home fairly when sixth over 1300m at Taree. Finds an easier contest and adds value to the exotics. CALL ME MIGHTY (2) former Hong Kong gelding who resumed for the Pfieffer stable with a respectable second over 1100m at Bathurst. Stays in the mix.
