FUDGE (5) back in trip when returning to form with a gritty head win over 1600m at the Sapphire Coast on December 2. Finds a fairly average C2 and can win again with the claim from the inside gate. CRAZY ATOM (6) shuffled back early from the low draw and failed to get into the contest when tenth over 1400m at Canberra on December 8. Best form is over this trip and goes into the calculations. TRIANON (7) only the one win from 20 starts and worth another chance on the quick back-up. Sat on the speed and not far away late when 1.1 lens seventh over 1600m at Nowra on December 15. Goes into the numbers. PRETTY EYED (3) goes well here and worth forgiving last start effort.
