PANO'S PRIDE (3) has raced in town his last two and reckon him on the 2L defeat two back at Caulfield Heath in a 64. He has the handy 3kg claim and the speed to clear the awkward barrier. SHAMROCK BAY (6) resumes and two back was only beaten 1L at the heath in the same grade. He also runs along and has placed 2/3 fresh. Maps well and Newitt goes on. BURTON STREET (2) resumed in a 64 at Mornington beaten 1.6L. Has a 2kg claim and has been kept on the fresh side. Good enough at best. MYSTERY BLONDE (4) peaks and deserved the win this grade at Yarra Valley. She's also been briefly freshened and can't be ruled out.
