Exchanging your Chest and checking your history

You can use the exchange feature at any time. For example, if you're not sure whether you'll complete your progress bar or if you want to cash in your progress bar for your current Chest.

No matter how much progress you've completed at your current level. You can exchange your progress bar for a smaller Chest at any point. For instance, you could have a Diamond Chest, earn one reward point, and exchange it for a Gold Chest immediately.

You can use the exchange feature through all the different types of Chests in our rewards program. Their rank, from low to high, is as follows:

• Blue → Bronze → Silver → Gold → Diamond → Black

While the Chest contents are randomized, bigger Chests will give you better rewards on average.

Occasionally, you can also receive promotional or special Chests that aren't part of the loyalty program. These are random and determined by the criteria upon which the Chest is awarded.

To check the Chests you've earned and their rewards, log in to your account and select 'My Rewards' from the displayed menu.
